Refunds on 8 x 10 Xmas Dementia Prints are not available unless the print is damaged in transit to the buyer and the buyer purchases optional insurance. If the buyer does not purchase insurance no refund of any kind is available.
If the buyer purchases the optional insurance XmasDementiaCartoons.com will supply the buyer with the necessary data to initiate a refund for damage via the shipper directly.
If XmasDementiaCartoons.com must handle the insurance refund then the following applies:
- No refunds are available in Shipping & Handling fees.
- The request to return the print must made within seven days of the receipt of the damage print.
- The damaged packaging must be returned with the damaged art as this packaging will constitute proof that the damage occurred in shipping. No proof that the damage occurred in transit means no refund.
- Damaged prints and packaging must be returned to 3425 E Virginia AVE Phoenix AZ 85008-1225.
- The returned damaged prints should be accompanied by the bill of sale.
