"If you think about it, Santa is guilty of bending a few laws.  He covertly surveils the populace, he extorts cookies and milk in exchange for certain gifts, and he breaks into a lot of homes; taking into account his affiliation with a mob of elves and "flying" reindeer, below market pricing of goods, etc.is there really any question as to whether Santa is involved in some sort of criminal enterprise?"-Jake

Two police officers have captured Santa breaking into a home.  As Santa assumes the position and is held at gun point by one officer, the other quips, "They always return to the scene of the crime."
