A cat destroys a computer to catch the mouse in Not a Creature Was Stirring. The cat in this image is my logo. I originally designed Tiger Tiger when I was very young having first read William Blake's Tiger poem. Thereafter, whenever I wanted to do an elaborate signature, ala Kilroy, Tiger Tiger came to mind. Of course Tiger Tiger had to make an appearance in the Xmas toons eventually. Some of my initial digital manipulation was using Adobe Photo Deluxe, which had a very nasty tendency to lock up my 486 computer and thereby deleting large amounts of pain staking work. I tried to save often because I never knew when the blue screen of death was going to destroy my latest efforts. Tiger Tiger in some way does express my frustration with the process. Of course I am grateful that editing on modern computers is a much more pleasant process. -Jake
