Why doesn't Art & Business Consulting LLC (ABC LLC) accept credit
cards without a PayPal account? It's a big bad world out there and
there are many unscrupulous people are using fraudulent credit cards & bank
accounts,
cards & accounts that do not belong to them. PayPal's verification and
confirmation system, not
only helps prevent ABC LLC from accepting fraudulent charges, but PayPal's
verification and confirmation processes also help protect consumers by making it
harder for others to commit charge fraud. The system isn't
foolproof, but we do what we can. The following outlines our policy
for accepting payment through PayPal.
- ABC LLC the operator of XmasDementiaCartoons.com is using PayPal merchant services.
- ABC LLC will not complete transactions with buyers who have not confirmed their address, are not verified and/or are not in good standing with regard to their feedback. Do not attempt a transaction if you do not qualify on one or more of these criteria. Instead please use the alternative method of payment.
- ABC LLC will only ship to the confirmed address - do not ask us to do otherwise. Check your Paypal records before sending payment. If you need to change your address after payment, ABC LLC will refund your money and give you a short amount of time to change the address and get the new one confirmed. Under no circumstances will ABC LLC ship to an address not matching the confirmed address in PayPal's files.
- ABC LLC reserves the right to reject any transaction and/or payment.
- PayPal is a third party vendor of services, which ABC LLC has no control over. When dealing with issues regarding PayPal please refer to their policies.
