- How do I get around in this site? There are navigation bars at the top and the bottom of every page of the website. You may click on them to go to whatever is listed on the button. When you link to a site external to AKAJake.com such as CafePress.com this website will open the external site in a new tab or window so that there is no need to use your browser's back button. Whether a tab or window opens depends on the browser you are using: Firefox opens tabs in the same window, and Internet Explorer opens new windows-these are not pop-ups. When you close the tab or window of the external site, AKAJake.com will still be open on the page you linked from. There is no need to step backwards to find us again. Also each of the individual art pages is set to open in a new tab or window too, that way the thumbnail gallery page is still open underneath when you get done looking at the work and close its tab or window. Similar rules regard internal verses external site links apply to links found within a webpage as well.
- What happens if I submit a comment? When you submit a comment, someone at ABC LLC reads it. Someone will email you back if you have a question and supply an email address. Some comments may be posted on the testimonials page-only your first name or initials will be attributed to your posted comment. This is to maintain your privacy, while still giving you the satisfaction of knowing you appeared on the Testimonials page. Submissions become the property of ABC LLC.
- Can I buy original art? The art listed for sale under AKAJakeArt.com is all original, see About Buying Art for more information.
- What is the Fine Art Registry (FAR) and what is a FAR tag? The fine art registry is an online registry of fine art and collectibles. A FAR tag is an actual tag with a number attached to the item registered, which corresponds to its registration in FAR data base. See About Fine Art Registry for more information.
- What about framing my art? Very few works for sale at AKAJakeArt.com are sold as framed. Frames are very much like a piece of furniture and individual desires vary greatly. AKAJake does not offer a framing service. If you would like to find out more about the subject of framing art see Framing Art.
- Is the price I see the price I will pay? Not necessarily. As is stated on every page with a shopping cart, prices are subject to change without notice. It may be that the cost to ABC LLC such as Shipping has risen between the time we last updated a page, and the time you order it. Rest assured if the price does go up, and you have already paid, we will give you the option of a refund OR paying the higher cost. Also if you think a price is a bit too high and want to negotiate, by all means use the contact form on the bottom of the artwork's page and make an offer. You may get it for less.
- How often do your terms change? The terms discussed are subject to change without notice; your specific agreement with ABC LLC governs your transaction. If there is a change to our terms a notice will be posted on the News Page - however you will still need to come to this page to view the changes to these terms and conditions.
- Is Shipping & Handling refundable? No. S&H is not refundable
- Does ABC LLC accept credit cards from people without a PayPal
account? No.

- I love your art, but I really can't afford it. Do you sell prints? Yes, AKAJakePrints.com sells prints based on Jake's original works and produces some large edition fine art prints under non-exclusive license with FinerWorks.com. see AKAJakePrints.com
- I can't find the piece I want a print of listed at AKAJakePrints.com, is it still possible? If the work you are interest in isn't listed, you can get a general idea of what a print might cost based on size. If your are still interest in a print, return to the artwork's page and submit a request for a print via the form at the bottom-please be detailed about the size, and finish you want and provide ample contact information.
