Refunds and Returns on Original Art
- The request to return the original art is made within seven days of the receipt of the work. The request must be made within this time frame whether the buyer is exercising their money back guarantee or if the art was received damaged.
- If the is exercising the money back guarantee because they are dissatisfied with the art, then the Buyer must pay the shipping and packaging to return original art to Art & Business Consulting LLC's (ABC LLC) street address: 3425 E Virginia AVE Phoenix AZ 85008-1225.
- If the buyer is exercising the money back guarantee, ABC LLC recommends the Buyer take out insurance undamaged art, and delivery confirmation with online tracking on the return of undamaged original art as no proof of return means no refund, and art that is damaged in return transit means no refund.
- Refunds are available on original art that the buyer changes their mind about within 7 days of receipt, whether damaged or not, but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- If the original art is received by ABC LLC in the condition it was sent out in, ABC LLC will refund the purchase price of the art, but not shipping and handling.
- Refunds are available on original art that was received in a damaged condition, but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- In the case that the art was damaged in shipment, the buyer MUST supply proof that shipping is how the damage occurred. FOR Example: the buyer could return the work with the mangled box. No proof that the damage occurred in transit means no refund.
- The returned work should be accompanied by the bill of sale.
