Kristine Brambilla, a Mobster (Miss Blue) had an idea for a public art project. She had used the booth before, but decided to give it new life for Art Detour 20. She painted the inside white, the outside black. During First Friday the booth had self powered lights so that the public could see what they were doing. The rest of the event was in the daytime so the lights were unnecessary. Kristine left colored markers, paint pens, pastels, paint, tape, glue etc. and invited the public to contribute to the empty booth. The results were fun.

Most if not all of these images are from Sylvia Frost, a Mobster as well (Mrs. Green). Presumably they are copyrighted by her as she is the one who has put them in the concrete form. Many more images are Art Detour 20 are available at her flickr website for however long she wants to leave them there.
