Moonlight & Fireflies is an original acrylic 24 inch x 18 inch painting on cold press 140 lb watercolor paper. The paper has been treated with gesso on both sides to enhance its durability. In "Moonlight and Fireflies", by Jake Beckman, three dapple gray unicorns gallop through the forests at night stirring up a cloud of fireflies. The predominant colors are shades of blue, gray, black and white. The Work is signed by the Artist "Jake" in the lower right hand corner. On the back of the work the title and date of creation are noted in paint; the FAR Tag No. 17469 is placed in the region behind the signature on the back of the canvas.
